Individual Therapy
$150 per session
ADHD Evaluation: $200 per session
I provide 1:1 therapy sessions to adults. They are 50-60 minutes in length and can be provided either through telehealth or in person at my office in Asheville, NC. Therapy sessions can be used for talk therapy or trauma therapy through parts work or Progressive Counting. Sessions can be structured to your needs. These sessions are typically ongoing either 2x per month or 4x per month. During your first therapy session we will review your goals for therapy. I also offer ADHD testing which can be used separately from individual therapy. ADHD evaluations typically take 2-4 sessions.
Individual therapy is the only service that can be billed to insurance or considered an "out of network" service for an insurance provider.
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
$150 per preparation/integration session (1 hour)
$200 for medicine day sessions (per hour)
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy is on the rise after years of a hiatus. I am professionally trained to assist in this process. I offer preparation sessions, integration sessions, and therapy sessions during your actual psychedelic dosing day. Preparation sessions will be used to create a safe setting for your journey (medicine day). Integration sessions will be used to integrate your journey experience into your daily life. I recommend at least 2 prep and integration sessions, but this can be catered to your needs. Additional sessions (including family sessions) can be added as needed.
Energy Exchange Session

Price: $222
This differs from traditional therapy. The 90 minute session will begin with a cleansing of energy and may include a meditation or music. You will then have time to share a pressing concern, struggle, or life issue. I will provide message from spirit and energetic releases through Rieki. This is not an ongoing sequenced service but can be utilized as needed.
Fat Liberation Consultation Session
(for professional colleagues)
$135 per hour
Living in a larger body (or fat body), I specialize in working with individuals who are in larger size bodies (per American beauty standards) with a special focus on disordered eating. I offer 60 minute consultation services for providers who are looking to adapt a fat friendly approach to their work. Please come prepared to this session with questions and needed areas of improvement. I will use my lived experiences as well as professional knowledge to assist. This service can be offered via telehealth or in person.
SoundBath

I am trained to offer sound ceremonies. This includes an array of instruments that are played while you are settled into a comfortable position. This level of healing assists with relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, and altered states of consciousness. Everything in this world is made of vibrational energy, including us as humans. The vibration and frequency that sound creates has the opportunity to translate into our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. I offer this service for groups or individual sessions.
